Both apartments together
Eight beds, two kitchens, two bathrooms and three vehicles under a single agreement. In practice this is two crews of four arriving in two vans, with a space spare for a supervisor.

Whole-building bookings start at 28 nights. Shorter than that, book the two apartments separately or ask and we will price it.
How a corporate booking works
- Who we contract with
- The employer, not the individual. A company let sits outside the Housing Act, so no tenancy arises however long the booking runs.
- Invoicing
- A written quote first, then one invoice per flat for the whole stay, carrying your PO number if you need one, due in 7, 14 or 30 days. Paid by card or bank transfer from the invoice's own link; no booking fee.
- Named occupiers
- Listed on a schedule you can vary as your crew changes, without reissuing the agreement.
- Compliance pack
- Gas safety certificate, EPC, fire risk assessment and public liability, sent on request before you raise the order.
- Maximum stay
- Up to twelve months. Longer than that, talk to us and we will structure it properly.
Every rate includes
- All bills — electricity, gas, water and council tax
- Unlimited fast WiFi throughout
- Free on-site parking — three spaces across the two apartments, vans welcome
- Weekly clean with fresh linen and towels on stays of 10 nights or more
- Hotel-quality linen and towels on arrival
- Fully equipped kitchen, including cookware, crockery and cutlery
- Self check-in, any time, via a secure key safe
Rates are not subject to VAT at present. If that changes we will tell you before you commit.
